CC:1LETTLRA EtiGAN, P uuz;z ao= October 70 1974 A regular meatitg of the Assessmaant Covin- ittee was held on October 7, 1974 at 4:00 p.m. Those members that were present were Harrison, Smith, Rahn, Bolks, Rosene, Goers and Hauge. Those absent were Knight and Marble. Vice Chairman Harrison- presided. CHRIST LUTHE-UN CHURCH The fiTat it.:a of business was to review the assessment for Christ Lutherna Church on Coura*y Roan #30. A request was made by the Church Board to connect the res0ence for water purposes and the question arose as to whethar area assessuiants for tha erire 8 acre parcel or residence only be assaased. After cosisiderable discussion, upon motion by Rahn, seconded Smith, all raembc o voting yes, it was RESOLVED to recommend that the entire 8 acre parcel be assessed for water area purposes including the cemetery which consists of 1 acre; fUrthcs that a 20% reduction for future streets be included in the assessment roll; all to be detarmined on a residential assessmart basis; further that the church be afforded the choice of walter lateral assessment on 100 feat for the residence or on the antire length of the property mcsned by the church on County Road #30. Arnold Carlson appeared and requested that a surer trunk assessment on Lot 8, Block 1, Wilderness Run 1st Addition be abated in that the lot is designated : as road access. Upon motion by Smith, seconded Rahn, all members voting in favor, it was RESOLVED to refund the $175.00 sanitary sewer: trunk assessment for Lot 8. NORTH? ST.0 SPECIALTIES CO.
