Bond Referendum Task Force to discuss the September 10 park bond referendum. This meeting is scheduled as a result of a directive by the City Council at the October 15 meeting. CHAIRPERSON DAVE SZOTT & ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARK REFERENDUM TASK FORCE FROM: TOM HEDGES, CITY ADMINISTRATOR DATE: OCTOBER 16, 1996 SUBJECT: SEPTEMBER 10 PARK REFERENDUM On behalf of the Mayor and City Councilmembers, a special thanks to all of you for your hard work during the past year in preparing data and information for the park bond referendum that was held this past September. The City Council is inviting all of you to attend a special City Council workshop scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, at 5:30 p.m. to meet for approximately one hour prior to the regular City Council meeting to reflect and discuss the process and what we have all heard and learned from the recent park bond referendum. As the City continues to work on capital improvement programs, it is necessary to learn from our experiences to more effectively plan for the future. Again, a special thanks to each of you for the commitment and time given to the recent referendum.
