Subject:Zoning Permit
Hi Jim:
I'll need a more information on the proposed relocation. Please respond to this email with a
brief narrative that describes what is happening & why and some more detail including:
• What all will be located at 2800 Lone Oak Parkway? Similar to what is shown on the
attached photograph to the Permit Application a single pole at a height of 113 feet,
satisfying the FAA standard, will be raised supporting an antenna array similar to the
existing array currently on the roof of the former Delta HQ building. Next to the pole
will be three weather proof boxes housing the support equipment. Each box is roughly
the size of a standard household refrigerator. Power to be provided by Xcel Power and
data through the CenturyLink hut collocated with the temporary pole.

• How tall is the temporary tower? - 113 feet satisfying the FAA Regulations
• How long will the temporary equipment/tower be located at the subject site? - The
temporary pole arrangement will be in place for a period of time not to exceed 12
months. Several locations on the 200 acre site are currently being investigated for
suitability for all parties.
• A Site Plan showing the detail of the installation area including the existing conditions of
the new location. - The topographic map attached to the Permit Application depicts the
move from the former Delta HQ Building to a location adjacent to the CenturyLink hut
on Lone Oak Parkway approximately 150' from the road, in close proximity to accept
power from the existing transformer located on the CenturyLink site.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Mike
