I had a chance to look at the proposal a little closer. The best estimate I have is 209 sf of impervious surface remaining
after subtracting the 120 sf shed. Obviously not enough to do everything you wanted by enough to do some kind of pad
in front of the shed and the small area next to the driveway. Also, it looks like you have approximately 7 feet from
garage to property line and maybe 11-12 feet from house to property line along that side (these are just estimates as
you were correct that the garage is larger than shown on the site survey and probably not in the exact identified location
either). The shed can only go to the 5'setback line. We may allow the concrete sidewalk closer to the property line
within the easement area, but again only limited to—209 sf. I have a map attached showing the house in relation to the
property line (white) and easement areas(yellow),with the 120 sf shed in the approximate location you provided. Not a
survey, but works as an illustration.
Let me know how you would like to proceed. I will keep the zoning permit until I receive more details and confirmation
of what you decide to do.
