July 11, 2006/2
Foote gave a brief background on the 2007 budget revisions noting that monies intended for
use to build a secure room in the City Hall basement for use by the Historical Society had to be
removed from budget consideration. It was discovered that construction costs and requirements
would greatly exceed expectations due to sprinkling and HVAC requirements beyond those
anticipated. The Committee further discussed the revisions.
