River Valley for use by the staff and guides from Fort Snelling. The members suggested he speak
with a variety of people including the Auge family (as they had owned a large stone home on the
river,) the staff at the Lost Spur and the Seneca Plant. Gin Knight noted that Wolston had spoken to
her husband Don as he had owned a gas station in that area for many years and he had also
attempted to purchase a Marina on the Minnesota River but was unsuccessful as the owner died
