Knight suggested talking to Bill White to see if he would be available somewhere between
30 minutes to an hour to talk on etiquette/history. She also indicated that she and Linda Bendt had
discussed a color Gouard and found that the Eagan Police Department does not have a Color Guard.
She suggested we check with the Fire Department. Knight spoke with Rebecca at the Dakota
County Historical Society and stated they will let us know about their participation in the program.
Bolke stated she has a display of Minnesota flags. Voracek noted the Eagan Raptor Center

considered at this time.
Hazel stated she has not heard from Mark Sportelli regarding the Boy Scouts flag burning
ceremony and the placing of small flags. The Committee also discussed having a book display from
the Wescott Library.
