Please keep in mind that it will be in a drainage and utility easement, and is at-risk for any future street or utility improvements. Also, please verify there is adequate depth of the footings for frost protection. Building inspections said if the wall is within 42" of the footings,there needs to be at least 42" of footing depth when measured form the base of the wall. Since the wall was not on any previous permits, please submit a "Zoning Permit"for the official approval. A link to the permit is below. Note the line just north of the wall is the ROW line so we've steered clear of having to place the wall in the Counties ROW. Let me know your thoughts on this and if you have any concerns.
