Please see attached a photo of the corrective action for my shed. Unfortunately
for me,somebody thought it would be funny if they stole one piece of my she.
Since that model was discontinued with no replacement part available by
Rubbermaid,my choices were to remove it or replace it. Yesterday I assembled
a replacement shed,which you can see in the attached photo.
I have also submitted an application and map for the less than 4 foot retaining
wall. The total height of the two layers of block and cap is 16 inches with 12
to 14 inch wall height. The intent is to not act as an actual retaining wall
but to serve as a divider between the lawn and the weeds. Since I am hand
excavation everything with a shovel,I expect the total disturbance to be 150
square feet or less as it will extend across the width of my property.
Please let me know any questions otherwise I will look for you correspondence to
resolve these issues.

Dear Mr.Liverseed:
Xcel Energy has determined that the 6ft. wood fence encroachment request you submitted for the
above mentioned property is acceptable under the conditions listed below. The layout of said fence is
depicted on Exhibit"A",attached hereto.
(1) Excavation close to structure location.
A minimum distance of 10 feet of supported earth must be maintained from any part of the
power pole.
(2) Grade change around structure location.
Fill around or above power poles is not permitted. The grade around the power poles must
provide for surface water runoff— no surface water ponding around power poles will be
permitted. Any cost related to the adjustment of Xcel Energy's facilities will be at the
requestor's expense.
(3) Grade change within easement.
The ground elevation within the easement shall not be increased above the existing grade.
Stockpiling of soil and/or material within the easement will not be permitted.
(4) Clearances to equipment and workers.
A working clearance of 20 feet between the electrical conductors and any cranes or digging
equipment used in or near the easement, or a clearance of 11 feet to the physical proximity
of workers must be maintained at all times. In addition, any construction near the
transmission line shall comply with all OSHA Safety Clearances.
(5) Fences on easements.
If the easement area is fenced, gates must be installed to provide access to Xcel Energy for
maintenance purposes. If Xcel Energy is unable to access the line and or structure for
maintenance purposes, the removal of fence will be at requestor's sole expense. Chain link

or other types of fences using metal material and constructed on or near an Xcel Energy
easement should be properly grounded.
It is the express condition of this consent that all other terms and conditions of that certain easement
covering the property,recorded as Document No. 116740,shall remain in full force and effect.
