City Code limits driveway width to a maximum of 22' at the front property line. The plan you submitted paves 26'3" wide all the way to the street curb. Therefore,we are unable to approve the Zoning Permit as submitted. Please revise the plan to reduce the width between the front property line and the street curb to 22'. The driveway may widen out to the current 26'3"width within your lot. I have attached a marked up image of your driveway to illustrate the acceptable dimensions.
