I've approved the zoning permit, City Engineering is asking to ensure that water is allowed flow through (or under) the fence as anticipated due to the topography of the immediate area (flowing through the backyard of this property). Additionally, I noted that there is a shed in the rear of the property (see attached aerial of property); sheds are to be setback a minimum of 5 -feet off the rear property line and outside of any recorded easements (see attached handout). The property owner should be made aware that if they are in violation of this requirement they may be required to remove or relocate the shed at their expense.
