I just confirmed with the company that they use a product called LP SmartSide (which is a fiber board type
product).
We will paint the shed to match the house and the shingles will match our roof. I'm attaching a rough picture
below.
It this product is okay, then we will stick with the plan of a 10x14 shed unless we need to adjust the size down
to the smaller option.

No, I just wanted to make sure it was mostly stucco as sometimes the rear of the buildings are
different. Since stucco is a specialty application we will allow similar and compatible maintenance free
siding such as cement or fiber board siding, but it should match in color. Let me know how you want to
proceed and I can make note on the plans. There are much less restrictions on the 10 x 12 and under
sheds.

Yes, our house is stucco with some brick surrounding the front door.
If it would be required that our shed has to be made in stucco, we would just decide to have a 10x12
shed installed instead of the larger 10x14.
Would this be an issue?

is 10 x 14'. If so, it will be over the 120 sf limit before exterior material requirements
kick in. Sheds over 120 sf will require matching exterior materials to the existing
house. Does your existing house have all stucco finish? Let me know details of the plans
(size confirmation and siding) as I am assuming you are not finishing the shed with a
stucco.
