To Whom it May Concern
This letter is intended to provide more information regarding our recent application submission for our
Outdoor Food Sales Permit and Sound Amplification Permit.
Beginning July 25th through August 18th,we anticipate large crowds throughout the city attending the
Vikings Training Camp.In conjunction with the Viking Lakes concession stands,we know people
attending will look elsewhere for lunch and dinner while staying close to the event. In anticipation for
the large crowds,we are looking to expand our seating to accommodate these guests. This will be the
first year for our Union 32 Training Camp;however,we are looking to make this event an annual
summer party. We have modified our dates slightly to begin Friday August 27th through Tuesday August
14th. During our Training Camp,we have hired security personnel to help with crowd control, checking
ID's and managing wristbands.
We have been in discussion with the Vikings regarding shuttle services to and from Vikings Training
Camp to allow for less traffic. Our goal by shuttling individuals from Viking Lakes to Union 32 is to keep
traffic at a minimum and alleviate the congestion of parking at Grand Oak Development.
We plan to allow for bean bag tournaments on our patio as well as beer sales either on the patio or in
the tent.We have submitted a Liquor Extension License to account for the beer sales being in the tent.
On Saturday August 4th,Friday August 10th and Saturday August 11th,we plan to host live music outside.
We have also submitted a Sound Amplification Permit. Our Live Music Schedule is as follows:
Saturday August 4th will begin at 5:30pm and will end at 10:00pm.Ashes for April will be performing
during this time. They are a four-piece band that has played at Union 32 inside previously.
Friday August 10th will begin at 6:30pm and will end at 11:00pm. Run Lucy Run will be performing during
this time. They are a duo that has performed at our location previously.

performing during this time. The second time will be from 7:30pm to 11:00pm and will feature Denny
McGovern and his band during this time. They are a four piece band that has played here previously.
