Yes,this is not a typical situation. There are restrictions on building near Fitz Lake. The current house is located at, or maybe inside, the 50' setback requirement so no building may be placed closer to the lake than the existing house. The practical area looks to be on the south side of the house. This area is restricted to 5'from the south lot line and the front building line of the attached garage parallel to the Dodd Road right-of-way. Also, sheds above 120 square feet in size must have similar roof pitch/design and siding/color to the main house. I've attached a lot illustration showing the no build areas and the accessory building brochure for additional information.
