We will make the necessary soil corrections as well as add"class v materials to your sites subgrade • prep the area for concrete placement. All subgrade will be compacted using a vibratory compacting device to compact t subgrade in preparation for concrete placement, If rebar was included in this contract,rebar will be installed per the size agreed i the contract and the rebar will be off the ground and resting on brick dolbys or rebar chairs. Concrete will then be placed aces rding to the specified job and contracted PSI strength that is in this contract. Immediately after or during the concrete placement, pension joints will be installed in the concrete. Upon completion of the concrete finishing and tooling,a concrete sealer will be applied to help the curing phase of the concrete as well as to seal the concrete. Cracking-MPLS Concrete pla..s rebar in the concrete in attempt to prevent the concrete from cracking and separating. We also attempt to install expansion join in all the necessary areas where cracking is most likely to occur so the cracks are in the designed exspansion areas. Co crate ALWAYS cracks. HOWEVER,the rebar inside of the concrete allows the concrete to stay together as one big piece and the concrete ones as one unit so the concrete doesn't separate. In extreme cases the frost may cause major heaving and cause circumstanc-damage. Warranty-MPLS Concrete give a 1 year warranty from the date that the work has been completed. The warranty is completely voided if salt is used withing the rst winter season after MPLS Concrete's installing of our product. Our warranty includes the following.Cracking-We warren excessive cracking caused by poor sub-grade compaction,poor or faulty concrete mix's,or the lack of installing expansion joint-. ALL concrete will crack in a matter of time. Its our job to try our best to control the location of the cracks and attempt to have the •ncrete to crack in a"control or expansion joint"designed specifically for this. This warranty does not cover cracking due to heavin.. from frost or freeze thaw cycles.Flaking,Curling,or Spatting-MPLS Concrete warranties that the concrete product that we are lacing by our supplier is a quality product that will not flake,curl,or spall. Our suppliers also have a separates manufacture's w-rranty. If at any time the customer has a issue with the material placed,a core drill test or a fresh; concrete cylinder sample can be -ken and submitted to a engineering firm for the proper mixture testing.3.Workmanship-MPLS Concrete fully warranties our wor for ourworkmanship and the quality of the work that we perform. We have well trained and seasoned employees that know a product that we use and are professionals in placing and finishing concrete. We cover our workmanship for a 2 year period om the time the project has been completed. Avoid any gas,oil, antifreeze,turpentine,petroleum,acid products from gathering on the surface of the concrete at any time. if a spill occurs,wash the concrete off immediately and ole-n up the spilt off the surface of the concrete as clears as you possibly can.Avoid using rock salt directly on the surface of the con.eta if possible. Its recommended to seal the concrete every fall before the temperature drops below 55 degrees.
