MINOTES-OF'OECIAL'NEETING OF ADVISORY'PLANNING COMNITTEE
VILLAGE OF EAGAN, DADTA',COUNTY, MINNESOTA
February 13, 1973
A special meeting of the Advisory Planning Committee, village of
Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota; was held on February 13, 1973, at 1:30 P.M:
at the Village Hall, Those present were Hall, Helmken, Toso and Marble.
Chairman Marble indicated the main'purpose of the meeting was to
act on the application of Rauenhorst'Corporation building permit for an office,
warehouse, and assembly area for Don Harley & Associates on Lot 14, Block 79
Eagan Industrial Park No, 1, iMr. Norman Pennington appeared on behalf of the
applicant.
After review and upon motion by Member Hall, seconded by Member Theo,
it was RESOLVED that the application for building permit be recommended for
approval subject, however,,to•.final approval by the Village Engineer and the
Building Inspector and submission of a landscape plan for approval.
There being no other business, the meeting adjourned.
