06/05/1973 - City Council Special0 0 MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETINC Or ADVISOP.Y _77 ANNING COZ24ITTEE VILLAGE OF EAGAN, DAKOTA COUNTY, 111NNLaOTA June 5, 1973 A special meeting of the Advisory Planning Committee, Village of Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota, was held on June 5, 1973, at 6:30 P.M. at the Village Hall. Those present were Chairman Marble, Members Toso, Hall, Murphy and Harrison. D� Mr. Richard Stry:er and a representative Berquist, Wahlberg, Bergs"_edt, Architects appeared on behalf of the application of DCR Company for building p-arnit for an off -sale liquor store at the Southwest corner of Rahn Road and Beau de Rue Drive was first presented. It was noted that an 00 foot right-of- way was included and it appeared that sufficient right-of-way would be available for a walkway along Rahn Road. After considerable discussion concerning the development of the proposed apartment complex: to the West of the property. Upon motion by Member Murphy, seconded by Member Toso, all members voting in favor, it was RESOLVED that the application be recommended for approval subject to the Village Engineer and Building Inspector's approval and conformance with all applicable ordinances. Upon motion the meeting adjourned, there being no other business.
