SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE AGENDA INFORMATION
CITY ATTORNEY
There are no formal items to be considered under this heading.
There are two (2) easements being negotiated by the City Attorney
regarding the Herb Adleman and Jim Horne properties that involve
negotiations which may require a discussion with the City Council
after the meeting on Tuesday.
CITY ADMINISTRATOR
1. Two (2) additional model homes - Ridgecliffe Addition -- Several
meetings ago, U.S. Homes Corporation, Orrin Thompson, was given
approval for six (6) model homes to be constructed on Hauge Circle.
A request has since been made 'by Mr. Bob Carlson, representing
• U.S. Homes Corporation, that the City authorize the construction
of eight model homes instead of the six originally approved. There
are twelve lots platted on Hauge Circle of which four lots would
be used temporarily for off street parking with 'model homes con-
structed on the other eight lots.
•
ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THIS MATTER: ' To approve or deny two
additional model homes on Hauge Circle as requested by U.S. Homes
Corporation.
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR

at this time.
