The City Administrator has met with representatives of the police association and the busi- ness agent for the public works/parks maintenance unit to discuss their wage and benefit proposals. These meetings were held at the end of last week. Enclosed for your review is a copy of the wage and benefit proposals presented by both units with one amendment relating to the police proposal under article 14.5 where language should read that the City will contribute up to $180 rather than 1008.
