Other MEMO TO: MAYOR & CITY COUNCILMEMBERS FROM: CITY ADMINISTRATOR HEDGES DATE: DECEMBER 21, 1983 SUBJECT: SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING, 12-22-83 A special City Council meeting was set at the December 6, 1983 City Council meeting to discuss non-union compensation and a proposed reorganizational schedule for 1984. In addition to that discussion, the City Administrator will briefly update cable television, a world trade center proposal and Independent School District 196 capital construction plans. As a result of the December 20, '1983 regular City Council meeting, two items were continued until the special City Council meeting. The items continued are: 1. IR Financing for Minnesota Jockey Club, Inc., and 2. Final Payment for Contract 83-2, Austin P. Keller. There is no additional handout material available at this time. The City Administrator is hopeful that all the information per- taining to the reorganization and non-union compensation will be available for review at the meeting Thursday night.
