A special City Council meeting was set at the December 6, 1983 City
Council meeting to discuss non-union compensation and a proposed
reorganizational schedule for 1984. In addition to that discussion,
the City Administrator will briefly update cable television, a world
trade center proposal and Independent School District 196 capital
construction plans.
As a result of the December 20, '1983 regular City Council meeting,
two items were continued until the special City Council meeting.
The items continued are:
1. IR Financing for Minnesota Jockey Club, Inc., and
2. Final Payment for Contract 83-2, Austin P. Keller.
There is no additional handout material available at this time.
The City Administrator is hopeful that all the information per-
taining to the reorganization and non-union compensation will be
available for review at the meeting Thursday night. If time would
have permitted, this information would have been distributed in
advance of the meeting.
