Mayor Blomquist has suggested that a 10:00 curfew be established
for the special budget workshop sessions. Normally, the first bud-
get session is a review of procedure with an overall philosophical
discussion by the City Council. If the City Council would like
to begin with an overview of the budget process and then proceed
with more of a detailed analysis of each department, it is anticipa-
ted that time will permit this process tomorrow evening.
