This letter is to confirm our conversations of the past couple of
months. We have now reached a final agreement to separate the
Rosemount and Apple Valley business offices. Our existing law firm
remains intact. The new law offices are being set up in Rosemount
by Reid Hansen, Kevin Carroll and Mike McCann. Ed McMenomy will
remain in Rosemount and has retired from our firm. He does not know
yet whether he will participate in the Rosemount law firm.
Our law firm will continue with all of its operations out of our
current Apple Valley office. Effective approximately September 1,
1989, we will be renamed Severson, Wilcox & Sheldon, P.A. None of
the lawyers involved in any of the Eagan work will change and ,all
will remain at their current positions and levels of service with
the City. We will continue to serve you with the best legal
services possible. We appreciate our working relationship with the
Council, you and the staff and expect to continue that well into
the future.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact
me. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
Very truly yours,
& SEVERSON, P.A.
