Yep, I can explain that. Our pool is built into an 18' retaining wall. The section you're pointing out is the stairs down to the back part of our yard at the base of the retaining wall. The ornamental fence is only to keep people off of the retaining wall so they don't fall. The pool and back yard are enclosed with the privacy fence and a 4ft chain link. Because this property has a swimming pool, we need to confirm that the pool will remain enclosed by a non-climbable fence at least 4 ft. in height. It appears there is a gap in the fence on the right side. Please explain that gap. Also, what type of ornamental fence are you installing?
