A workshop meeting of the Advisory Parks & Recreation Commission (APrC) began at 6:30 p.m. on
Monday, June 19, 2017 and concluded at 8:47 p.m. Commission Members present included Member
Michael Palmer, Member Dorothy Peterson, Member Anne Weber -Smith, Member Jerry Farlee,
Member Molly Schuetzle, Member Nathan Neuman, Member Aileen Hough and Member Linda Klein.
Staff members present Parks and Recreation Director Andrew Pimental, Assistant Director of Parks &
Recreation Jared Flewellen and Parks Superintendent Paul Graham.
Workshop agenda included touring park sites that could impact future Capital Improvement Projects.
Sites visited included: Burnsville Splash Pad, Apple Valley Pickleball Courts, George Ohmann Park and
Quarry Park.
