We need a little more information to complete our review. The ordinance requires a detailed sketch plan to include"the accurate measurements in feet and inches from all colony hives to each dwelling unit on all adjacent lots, including any attached garage or deck, patio, swimming pool area,or other outdoor living space of the adjacent lot(s)." Your neighbors to the south at 3777 Wescott Hills Drive appear to have an outdoor living space in the northwest corner of their property adjacent to yours. The Site Plan does not indicate distances from the hives to structures on adjacent lots, only to those on your own property. The required minimum distance from adjacent structures and outdoor living areas is 35 ft, or 30 ft with a flyway barrier. Please verify that these distances are met from the protected items on the neighboring properties as well as within your own lot. Also, please identify what the blue rectangle in the aerial image is in the rear yard of your property. Thank you, Pam Dudziak 2 li © i i 0 N J S h Q N / .
