Lisa, The building is mostly unpainted, integrally colored masonry and we're not proposing to paint any of that material.The areas proposed to be repainted (with color change) are finished in EIFS...above the Vestibule (north side of building near NE corner) and above the Tire/Battery Center(east side).We're also proposing to repaint the fascia of a canopy located between the Vestibule and a Liquor addition built some time previously(date unknown),and the cornice that wraps the perimeter of the building. At the fuel station,the canopy fascia would be painted blue. Canopy columns have capitols that would be painted dark gray, and we propose to paint some portions of the fuel service kiosk.As at the main building,areas of unpainted, integrally colored masonry would not be painted. Regarding the fuel station,the Civil Engineer is only in very early stages of a feasibility study and no expansion is planned for the near future.Anything that is done would be coordinated with our project to repaint/rebrand the store and fuel station.
