Moving the shed to the other side of the yard is not a problem, but the drawing does need to show it in that
location. Here is a "clean" site plan you can use to re-draw the shed and resubmit for the Zoning Permit.
Enlarging the shed to more than 120 sf. will require that you provide additional information about the structure
itself. Above 120 s.f., the shed must match the style and exterior finish materials of the house., e.g. roof style and pitch,
siding and color, etc. Also, we need to verify wall height and door height conform to the maximums in the ordinance. If
it is going to match the house, and you can provide all that information with the revised site plan and shed location, I
don't see any other reason why you couldn't go with the larger size. Please be aware that if the shed exceeds 200 sf,
then not only does it need to match the house, but a Building Permit is required instead of the Zoning Permit.
Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

Hello Pam,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. The drawing youve provided is accurate. However, what if we situated the
shed on the opposite side of the yard? That might work better for us and it seems we'd be.totally clear of the easement.
Also, we were perhaps considering a 11'x13' shed instead of the 8'x13'. Would that be an issue as long as we have the
proper size on record at your office?

the house to the edge of the NSP Easement, and from the easement line to the rear corner of your property. These
measures are approximate, but should help you identify where the easement starts to help you properly locate the
shed so it is not in the easement area. Below is am aerial image and you can see the overhead power lines. Please let
me know if the attached drawing is an accurate representation of where you intend to put the shed. If so,then I can
complete my review and release the Zoning Permit.
Thank you,
