Easement Agreement
Declaration: This grant of easement is made and entered into as of June 4, 2019 by and
among Dan and Kristin Anderson "Grantor" and Jay Thunstrom and Alisha Santoorjian
Thunstrom "Grantee".
Purpose: The Grantee would like to erect a fence on 700 Granite Dr that connects to the fence
line on 704 Granite Dr. The fence line at 704 Granite Dr sits approximately 5' back from the
property line. The Grantor and owner of 704 Granite Dr permit the Grantee to construct a fence
connecting to their fence line.
Description: This easement agreement applies to a 5' x 75' strip of land on 704 Granite Dr.
The land is defined as the area between fence on the northeast side of 704 Granite Dr and the
property line, running from a line parallel to the back of the house on 700 Granite Dr to
southeast edge of the fence on 704 Granite Dr. The highlighted area in the picture below
depicts this easement.

Liability: The Grantee assumes liability for any claims related to the use and maintenance of
the easement area. The liability of the Grantor shall be limited exclusively to the interest of
Grantor.
Terms: The Grantor provides use of the easement for the sole purpose of erecting a fence.
The Grantee may not place any other structures on the easement. This agreement is made in
perpetuity and appurtenant to the dominant land, however, the Grantor may provide written
notice to the Grantee obligating the Grantee to deconstruct any fencing within the easement
within 30 days,which would end all aspects of this agreement.
