I see you have had some communications with Terry Zelenka about the hold downs and I believe that has been resolved. This is your project number 9.216, the engineering page has the wrong address on it (2803 Vilas Ln)the correct address is 2814 Vilas Ln I am inquiring about the width of the portal frame panels at the front of the garage doors. The engineered plan calls for a 1'-5" +/-for each panel. The actual condition is less than that. 1 of the 4 panels is 17" or better the shortest is the out side corner at 14" See the picture attached The contractor should be contacting you about this to see if this is adequate or if there is an alternate that can be applied. The contractor also had questions about the required blocking in the floor trusses above the lower level interior braced wall panels at the back of the garage. I wanted to give you a heads up on what is happening there. 1 Please call or E-mail if you have any questions.
