We are in receipt of your Zoning Permit application to construct a 10'xQ shed on property at 4564 Scott
Trail. Unfortunately,we are unable to approve the shed placement as proposed. On a corner lot,the shed must be set
behind the building line of the house,at least 30' from the property line abutting a street. I have attached both plans
showing the original proposed shed location, and an illustration identifying acceptable shed placement.
Please revise the Site Plan with the shed in a new acceptable location. I will hold your Zoning Permit application open
pending receipt of the revised Site Plan,which you may email back directly to me.
