Also, the 9.5 feet is not how far away from our house that we are proposing, but rather that the fence will start 9.5 feet from the front corners of our house. We will replacing the existing fence about 7.5 feet away from our house. Do you still need new site plans? Please let me know if a call is easier. What is the height of the proposed fence? Also, you identify the fence running 9.5 feet on both sides of your property to the side yards; however, It appears from the Survey you only have 8' of property on the north side of your home and you are unable to construct a fence on your neighbor's property. Please provide a revised Site Plan that identifies the fence on your property.
