Please see the attached,completed forms that you emailed to me. I might have to drop off the forms on Tuesday afternoon, as I am having difficulties attaching the documents. The tub will be located behind our 3rd stall garage, beginning 2 ft from the house. We will remove the sod, level,add crushed rock,tamp down and final level,then place 8 ft x 8 ft EZ Pad hot tub support. The closest property line will be 22 ft away.
