The siding and color of structure would definitely match the existing home. My wife would
not let me do otherwise. Attached is a picture of the house, and the 10x12 shed I built that did
not have to match but definitely was made to do so. If I have to submit further documentation
just let me know.

I was reviewing your zoning permit for the porch and given the dimensions I will need
additional information relating to the materials. Any accessory structure greater than
120 SF needs to match the home with the color and type of siding and roofing
materials. Given the proposed roof under the existing home, that won’t come into

play, but I’ll need information from you on the siding. For instance, the house has
horizontal siding, which means the porch needs to as well.
