To whom it may concern
Dear city representative, I am writing this letter to ask for the permission to cut the tree which is
right next to my house.The tree is really old and so big. Roots of the tree are damaging foundation of
the house, because they are getting underneath of it, and ruining it. Also, some parts of those roots are
on my lawn on front yard, and they are higher than the level of my lawn,so every time I am moving my
lawn, roots are on the way, and they are damaging blades of my lawn mower.
Beside that, on the side of my house I have lower level garage. I recently bought a house, and
we really liked the place, and one of the reasons why we decide to buy this property, because it has two
level garage. First garage is on main level, on the front side of my house, and second garage is on right
side of my house, but it in order to get to that garage, i need to install little driveway. I plan on storing
my collectors vehicle there, because it is heated garage, and won't be used as much as my garage on
main level.
To sum up my z,quest, i need permission for two things on my yard. First one, is to remove the
tree,that is damaging foundation of my house, and second I need permission to install small driveway to
side garage of my house.
Please help me out with my request.
