It is a duplex property,with each unit on a separate lot. The property line runs down the center of the 38 foot wide driveway, however,your proposal shows the new pavement extending 24 feet,which goes beyond the center of the driveway about five feet onto the duplex neighbor's property. We cannot authorize work on the adjacent property without the neighboring owner's consent. Are both property owners agreeable to this work?
