This is a tough shed product from the home depot. The sales person told me they conform to
most standard building codes. Some specs:
• This is a 10' x 14' shed built on a 2' tubular steel frame.
• Set on level ground with a layer of gravel underneath it.
• The level ground is on a 14' x 16' foot 'pad' of leveled earth behind a 18" 'retaining wall'
• The retaining wall is at least 5' from my property line and the shed is a further 2' off the
wall
• The shed is a ranch style shed with 8' side walls and studs every 2 feet
• The roof is 4/12 pitch with 3-tab shingles.
• The exterior is vertical groove wood panel siding.
• The exterior will be painted to match my house.
• The building will have white trim with a single 4' x 6'7" shed door.
The specific product is a TR-800 from Tough Shed.
