With the change in timing of the Viking Lakes Clubhouse permit, I have assigned those fees to the building permit fees for the Viking Lakes Apartments(Bldg. B). I understand that you will pay the Stormwater Performance ($35,000) and the Erosion Control ($13,000)for a total of$48,000 with a separate check. I have deducted the$48,000 off of the Viking Lakes Clubhouse building permit fee, bringing the total fee for that permit to$109, 857.84. Let me know if you have any questions.
