class 5 limestone to be installed at a depth of 6" to be base for new wall. All regrading to be completed prior to the construction of the new wall. Fabric installed and 1' of drainage rock (3/4") to be installed behind wall and excavated soil to be
installed used for back fill of wall with any excess soil to be removed from property. New topsoil installed to the top of new wall at a depth of 2" to allow for new seed growth.
Class 5 gravel to be installed as a base for new pathway with a depth of gravel to be 3-4". Class 5 gravel to be compacted every 2" to eliminate settling.
Area to the north of new retaining wall to be prepped for Rip rap boulder installation and fabric installed to entire area and 3-12" rip rap installed.

pond side of the path, we will re-seed with a native prairie mix to
