This property has a 20 ft.Tree Preservation Easement along the rear lot line,and the sport court cannot be within the easement. Please revise the location of the proposed sport court to shift it out of the easement (see attached site survey), and resubmit a new Site Plan. You may send the revision directly to me by e-mail.
