Hi Kevin,
We are unable to approve the Zoning Permit application for installation of a 27'x 32' sport court at 3545 Birchpond
Road. This property has a 20 ft.Tree Preservation Easement along the rear lot line,and the sport court cannot be
within the easement. Please revise the location of the proposed sport court to shift it out of the easement (see attached
site survey), and resubmit a new Site Plan. You may send the revision directly to me by e-mail. Please let me know if
you have any questions.
