Upon review of the application, the siteplan does not appear to be accurate. It does not account for a
new home addition that was put on, and based on the images, would place this fence in the easement
owned by Williams Pipeline. If they would like to submit a plan that reflects the new addition and the
fence not entering the pipeline easement, I can review that. You can also obtain permission from the
pipeline to place a fence there. We would need this in written form from them granting permission.
Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.
