The shed height overall is figured to be around 11 ft. This includes 8 ft walls and about 34 in

I have read through and am relatively familiar with the city's accessory structure
requirements. I have attached a sketchup of the intended design. The sketch does not
specifically depict intended colors or measurements. We are intending to match the
principal structure in every way required per the city's guidelines. The metal garage door
depicted will be approximately 7 ft tall by 4 ft wide. The separate door to the right will be a
typical 80 inch tall door.

I have read through and am relatively familiar with the city's accessory structure requirements.
I have attached a sketchup of the intended design. The sketch does not specifically depict
intended colors or measurements. We are intending to match the principal structure in every
way required per the city's guidelines. The metal garage door depicted will be approximately 7
ft tall by 4 ft wide. The separate door to the right will be a typical 80 inch tall door.
We recently purchased this home within the past year. In our purchase agreement, the previous
homeowners were allowed to take the original detached accessory structure. Currently there
are no sheds on the property and this will become the only detached structure.

I'm in receipt of your zoning permit application for a 196 sq. ft. shed.
In order to review I will need more information from you in relation to what the shed will
look like. I've attached the accessory structure handout for your use. You'll see that sheds
over 120 sq. ft. need to match the home in relation to color, materials and roof pitch. I will
need all of that information as well as the door height.
Additionally, it appears you already have a detached shed on your property. Will the new
shed replace the existing shed or do you plan to have two sheds? Please update the plans if
you will have two sheds on the property.
Please resubmit and I will review your plans.
