I'm OK with you submitting a redline of this document, indicating the little library post will be installed about 13- 14 feet from the curb line. The site plan you provided is somewhat incorrect. The curb line is the double line atop your property, the curb is located within City right-of-way; the solid line outlining your property is your property line. The Library box can be placed on your property, but must be out of the City right-of-way, the distance from curb to your property line is approximately 12 feet. If you placed the Library box approximately 13 to 14 feet off of the curb (or approximately 1 to 2 feet in from the property line), this would be acceptable. Please either provide me a revised site plan, or if this is acceptable I can "redline" the site plan to show the Library box approximately 1 to 2 feet into your property, or 13 to 14 feet off the curb line.
