indicating the little library post will be installed about 13-
14 feet from the curb line.

Chris - We received your Zoning Permit request to install a Little Free Library box on your property. The site plan you
provided is somewhat incorrect. The curb line is the double line atop your property, the curb is located within City
right-of-way; the solid line outlining your property is your property line. The Library box can be placed on your
property, but must be out of the City right-of-way, the distance from curb to your property line is approximately 12
feet. If you placed the Library box approximately 13 to 14 feet off of the curb (or approximately 1 to 2 feet in from the
property line), this would be acceptable.
Please either provide me a revised site plan, or if this is acceptable I can "redline" the site plan to show the Library box
approximately 1 to 2 feet into your property, or 13 to 14 feet off the curb line.
