Hi Jeff,
This email is for better clarification on the electrical inspection for 1375 Deerwood Dr. in Eagan Mn.
On February 22, 2021 an inspection was completed for the final of the first and second floor of the house. The basement
is in the stage of sheet rock finishing at this time. Even though the basement does not have electrical devices installed
yet it is still safe for the homeowners to live there because the wires in the boxes are not energized at this time.
Please let me know if any more questions or concerns and I will be glad to address them.
