Please include dimensions of the proposed grazing area, the location and delineation of any wetlands or bodies of water and the location of the proposed fencing. (Electrified fences require a boundary fence. Both the electric and boundary fences must be included on the site plan.) The plan shall specify what signs and/or flagmen the contractor will be required to utilize according to the MN Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The plan shall also include the contractor's proposed work as it affects traffic on the roadway. The plan must be approved at least 24 hours in advance of any work in the roadway. A minimum of two weeks prior public notification may be required if a road is closed and a detour is needed. The permittee must also notify the local police and fire departments of any road closures. No lane closures are permitted during rush hour times, from: 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. without prior approval from the City and/or County.
