Hello David,
I'm in receipt of your chicken permit application.
The one question I have is whether the proposed location meets the 25 foot
separation from your neighbors home? The code requires no chicken coop or run,
or any portion thereof, shall be within 25 feet of the outer perimeter of any
inhabitable building. This means not only your property but any inhabitable
building, even if on a neighbor's property.
Please verify the spacing requirement is met.
Thank you,
Sarah
