I gave her the name of our plumbing subcontractor, Northern Mechanical Contractors, which is a different contractor than our site water & sewer utilities contractor, Belair. I didn't realize she was asking me for the utility contractor's name (Belair), who will be tapping into the water and sewer lines on site to bring to the new building. What do I need to do to correct this, so Belair can legally do the utility work we contracted them for?
