Brian and Janice Cook 3852 Palisade Way, 55122, MN Eagan April 7, 2021 Subject: Zoning Permit for Fence Replacement, West Section Property lines to be verifi by contractorlowner. To: The City of Eagan Planning Department: History: We have lived here since the mid-1980s. There was cedar fencing in the back yard at the time of purchase but several sections had been damaged by wind storms Before purchase, we had the property surveyed, verified correct fence placement, and after closing had it restored. The fence was properly maintained from then on. Several years ago as composite materials became more readily available we began replacing sections of the fence as needed. The west section is the last remaining part of the original fence and is the subject of this zoning permit application. Notes: We have contracted Midwest Fence to remove the existing section and replace it. The above diagram was made by them at the time of estimate. I have also included an appropriately marked satellite photo. ThanksFyn advanc Dakota County GIS N O N Dakota County, MN https://gis.co.dakota.mn.us/DCGIS/
