AIRPORT RELATIONS COMMISSION WORKSHOP MEETING
SEPTEMBER 11, 2018
A meeting of the Eagan Airport Relations Commission was held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 6:50
p.m. Those present were Charles Thorkildson, Joseph Axmacher, Michael Johnson, Debra Dulligner, Jeff
Spartz, Theresa Hughes and Assistant City Administrator Miller. Dan Johnson and Philippe Girard were
absent.
AGENDA
Commissioner Axmacher moved, Commissioner Johnson seconded a motion to approve the agenda as
presented. All members voted in favor.
VISITORS TO BE HEARD
There were no visitors to be heard.
PREPARATION OF THE 2018-2019 WORK PLAN
The Commission discussed the 2018-2019 work plan, which will be presented to the City Council at the
joint meeting with the Council on October 11, 2018.
STAFF ITEMS AND OTHER BUSINESS
Meeting Locations for 2019
Assistant City Administrator Miller noted due to the remodel at City Hall the July 9, September 10, and
November 12, 2019 Airport Relations Commissions meetings will be held at the Eagan Community
Center in the South Oaks.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon motion by Commissioner Axmacher, seconded by Commissioner Johnson the meeting adjourned
at 7:30 p.m. All members voted in favor.
