City Councilmembers present: Mayor Maguire, Councilmembers Bakken, Fields, Hansen and Supina.
City staff present: City Administrator Osberg, Assistant City Administrator Miller, and Police Chief New.
ROLL CALL AND ADOPTION OF AGENDA
Councilmember Fields moved, Councilmember Hansen seconded a motion to adopt the agenda as
presented. Aye:5 Nay:0
VISITORS TO BE HEARD
There were no visitors to be heard.
CITY COUNCIL AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM DISCUSSION
The Council started with the Insight exercise with Consultant Richard Fursman. The Council and staff
then discussed future goals of the city.
There was no other business to be heard.

Councilmember Hansen moved, Councilmember Fields seconded a motion to adjourn the retreat at
