Good Morning Kevin,
Attached you will find a copy of your approved zoning permit and fence handout. Thank you again for your patience as
we worked through the administrative process regarding this application.
As we have discussed, we are willing to allow you to replace the fence in the same locations as the old damaged fence
was placed to ensure the compliance with pool safety requirements. Due to this, you are aware there is a small
encroachment onto park property on the North side of the pool decking area. Please keep in mind this is a temporary
permission and if and when any major work is done on the pool area, the encroachment would need to be resolved.
We would ask that you evaluate the location and ensure that you eliminate as much of the encroachment as possible
with the installment of the new fence to ensure there is limited impact on park property with the replacement.
Also, please note that this is would be subject to removal at owners expense in the event a parks or public works project
needs to utilize the area.
I have copied our senior parks staff, planning staff and clerical to ensure a copy of this email is attached to the approved
plans within our parcel files.
